Care for Sago and Ponytail Palms
These are some of nature’s most exotic specimens, and because of their slow growth and easy care, they are ideal for a busy life-style. The size is perfect to enhance a desk top or table in the home or office.

WATERING
Water every other week or when the soil feels nearly dry with about 1/2 to 1 cup filtered water. Pour around the base of the plant slowly. Do not over-water or allow the soil to stay wet or soggy as there is no drain hole in the pot.
FEEDING
Fertilizer is mixed into the soil so feeding is not necessary for a year; after that use a balanced fertilizer at half strength once a month.
LIGHT
These hardy plants grow best inside near bright windows or bright indirect light.
REPOTTING
These palms are extremely slow growing and will not require repotting for several years. Trim any dry leaves at the trunk of the plant.
